We are nearing completion of this simple but elegant extension. Away from quickly shifting trends, ‘soft’ Minimalism still has its place; white is still calming and monastic; it is still a joy for busy working parents with hectic lives to retreat to an uncluttered space with enough room for everything to be put away. Storage, storage, storage.
Now to persuade our clients to purchase a giant bashed-up refectory table to contrast with the clean lines. And some decent chairs, and a big pendant light fitting…..
