The refurbishment, internal re-modelling and extension of an Arts and Crafts ‘infill’ within an historic street of early 18th century houses in Old Westminster. All surrounding properties were Listed, presenting challenges for both consents and execution. New Kitchen-Dining Room extension at the rear and Basement Media Room.
