Hackett Holland is looking to expand its team working on high quality residential projects, mainly in West London.

Our work is rooted in tradition but bespoke, varied and eclectic in style.

The team is currently 6, working in a friendly and cosmopolitan environment from an excellent location in Notting Hill.

Qualifications

The successful candidate would be responsible for running projects from pre-planning stage through to completion on site.  This would include assembling planning applications, construction packages, and supervision during the construction stage.

They will ideally have a minimum of 3 years (post Part 3) proven UK experience of high calibre residential buildings.  However quick learners with promising initiative will also be considered.

The successful candidate will:

• Be fluent in AutoCAD
• be well organised, confident and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• possess a working knowledge of the current UK Building Regulations
• demonstrate a genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for traditional or classical architecture
• demonstrate a genuine understanding of sustainability in construction
• have a strong grasp of preparing specifications, schedules and construction documents.
• possess a clear understanding of the standards expected of prime residential projects
• be able to work on their own, and as part of a team
• be deadline and efficiency focused

Salary

£30-£45K Negotiable, based on experience.
